School mediations as a method for the prevention and treatment of school bullying

Abstract
The purpose of this documentary research was to reflect on the implementation of mediation in educational processes, especially in relation to the solution of school conflicts, through the analysis derived from the theory and its implementation to know the impact it has had. in the national educational field. The methodology used consisted of a documentary analysis, as well as the use of conceptual cartography that served as a guide in the work to be carried out. The results obtained allowed us to identify a general panorama and the way in which mediation established improvements in the processes of peaceful dispute resolution, as well as the reduction of problems, especially school bullying. A series of key aspects related to mediation in relation to the subject of study could be determined, as a means not only of prevention, but also of attention to a problem as delicate as the one mentioned.
