Abstract

The paper that is presented seeks to reflect from the Contractual and Extra-contractual Civil liability, around the death of manteros at the festivities in Corralejas such as bullfighting festivals on the Caribbean Coast of Colombia, starting from a death case in the municipality of Sampost, and thus, expose the reality of the legal requirements that organizers of the event must present, the inspections that the participation secretaries of the municipalities must carry out. This in order to ensure that the municipal entities that grant the permits for the realization of these bullfighting events-Corralejas take an active part in the review of the documentation required according to Law 916 of 2004, as well as the acquisition of the Policy of Extra-contractual civil liability, this exempts the territorial entity  from  responsibility  for any  accident  in the bullfighting  event and  therefore from payment to third parties for extra-contractual liability of the state. From the foregoing, the work is based on the jurisprudential analysis of the proposed case and the types of responsibility addressed in secondary sources on bullfighting events, likewise the purpose is to exercise controls over tort liability policies in all bullfighting festivities - Corralejas so that This type of situation does not arise in municipal administrations.
