Main Article Content
Abstract
In the City of Cartagena there is a competitive inequality with respect to local companies, who work to contribute to the growth and economic development of the city, but not finding the necessary backing or support from state entities who would also see benefits from these activities. Tourism is the fundamental source of income for this city, small entrepreneurs, and informal commerce does not find the support and backing necessary to make this economy develop, being monopolized by large businesses of entrepreneurs from the interior of the country who invest in this region. With the following research we want to know and at the same time demonstrate how competitiveness is balanced in organizations in Colombia and more specifically in the city of Cartagena.
