The present study aimed to analyze the effect of exposure to a moral dilemma on the affective meaning of idea plagiarism among university faculty. A pre-experimental design with a static control group was employed, using a sample of 41 instructors. The results showed no significant differences between groups; however, plagiarism was consistently evaluated as negative, active, and potent. Theoretical implications from organizational and moral psychology are discussed, along with methodological limitations and directions for future research.</p> Yanko N.
