Educational management and its impact on school dropout in 9th grade students in an educational institution

The general objective of this research was to analyze educational management and its impact on school dropout rates among 9th-grade students at an educational institution. The methodology employed was based on a quantitative approach, a descriptive study, and a non-experimental design. The findings indicate that parental involvement in school activities is crucial, as this will help reduce school dropout rates. Educators should implement more flexible strategies and methodologies for the teaching and learning process and prevent student demotivation. Furthermore, it is necessary to monitor students' academic performance, given the prevalence of school dropout and low graduation rates, which are common problems faced by educational institutions. Academic performance, including passing and failing grades, as well as the average grade achieved, among other factors, influences dropout rates. Thus, curricular strategies allow students to perform socialization functions, which can increase their interest and foster the development of flexible methodologies in the various educational processes that break with the routine of regular classes taught by teachers.

University social responsability strategies and environmental sustainability for Colombian SMEs

This reflection paper aims to analyze the relationship between university social responsibility (USR) strategies and environmental sustainability in Colombian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), considering the economic, social, and ecological challenges of the contemporary context. The research was conducted through a qualitative methodology based on documentary review and reflective analysis of scientific literature published between 2015 and 2024 in indexed databases such as Scopus, Dialnet, Redalyc, SciELO, and Latindex. The results show that the articulation between universities and SMEs promotes knowledge transfer, strengthens organizational capacities, and facilitates the implementation of sustainable practices focused on environmental protection and business competitiveness. Likewise, universities play a strategic role in promoting social innovation, environmental education, and sustainable territorial development. It is concluded that university social responsibility constitutes a fundamental mechanism for promoting environmental sustainability processes in Colombian SMEs through training strategies, applied research, and collaboration with productive sectors. Therefore, the integration between academia and business represents an opportunity to build sustainable, resilient, and inclusive development models in the Colombian context.

Participatory and organized planning for environmental management in andean peasant communities of the Pacaipampa district's highlands, Peru 2025

This research analyzed the participatory and organized planning approach to environmental management in Andean farming communities in the páramo grasslands of the Pacaipampa district. The study considered a bibliographic and documentary review through a search and exploration of databases such as Google Scholar, SciELO, Dialnet, ScienceDirect, Elsevier, and ProQuest. The findings show that the roles and functions of the members of the Association of Conservationist Farmers of the Páramo and Cloud Forests of the San Juan Estate (ACOBOSPA) have fostered social, economic, and environmental growth in the Andean farming communities of the Pacaipampa district. Furthermore, the evaluation of the main challenges and limitations of the organizational-business experience of the producers of the Association of Andean Peasant Communities of the Pacaipampa district, Ayabaca province, Piura region, identifies the key events in the experience developed by the association's members. While formal agreements were absent, the existence of commitment agreements defined the relationships between ACOBOSPA and its strategic partners. The participation of these strategic allies was crucial to the association's success and growth. Additionally, community agreements and adherence to ACOBOSPA's regulations for actions that benefit the ecosystem were also key factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between CRM perception and customer loyalty at a service company in Cajamarca, Peru, in 2025. Methodologically, it was based on an applied, non-experimental, correlational, quantitative study with a sample of 15 employees from a service company in Cajamarca, Peru. The study's conclusions determine whether there is a demonstrative relationship between CRM perception and customer loyalty at Servicios Generales SRL in Cajamarca, Peru, in 2025, with a Spearman's rho correlation coefficient of -.496, indicating a weak negative correlation. The perception of CRM and customer

experience showed no significant relationship, with a coefficient of -.044 indicating no relationship between the variables. The perception of CRM and information showed a significant relationship of -.496, suggesting a weak negative relationship. The perception of CRM and internal marketing showed no significant relationship, with a coefficient of -.437 indicating a weak negative relationship. The perception of CRM and communication showed no significant relationship, with a correlation coefficient of -0.480 indicating a weak negative correlation. Similarly, the perception of CRM and incentives and privileges also showed no significant correlation, with a correlation coefficient of -0.236 indicating a weak negative relationship.

Organizational climate and job performance in the administrative area of EPS in Peru, 2025

The main objective was to determine how job performance is linked to the organizational climate of administrative workers at EPS Peru in 2025, based on a quantitative, descriptive-correlational, hypothetical-deductive, and non-experimental cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 80 administrative workers at EPS Peru. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool for the variables related to the study. The results showed a correlation between "Organizational Climate" and "Job Performance" (R0 0.740). The relationship between productivity and

organizational climate was analyzed, demonstrating a strong positive correlation (R0 0.750). The relationship between interpersonal competence and organizational climate had a moderate positive correlation (R0 0.607), and finally, the correlation between leadership and organizational climate also showed a moderate positive correlation (R0 0.607). The study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and the job performance of administrative employees in a Peruvian healthcare institution, demonstrating that a favorable work environment strengthens productivity, interpersonal competencies, and institutional leadership.
