The use of digital tools to improve teaching practice in primary education

The purpose of this documentary research was to reflect and analyze the importance of the use of technological skills in primary education teachers to improve their teaching practice. The methodology used consisted of a documentary analysis, as well as the use of conceptual cartography to guide the work to be carried out. The results obtained allowed us to recognize the importance of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT´s) in education, as well as explore different digital tools that are currently available and allow us to improve the teaching-learning process in a more dynamic way in the classroom.

School mediations as a method for the prevention and treatment of school bullying

The purpose of this documentary research was to reflect on the implementation of mediation in educational processes, especially in relation to the solution of school conflicts, through the analysis derived from the theory and its implementation to know the impact it has had. in the national educational field. The methodology used consisted of a documentary analysis, as well as the use of conceptual cartography that served as a guide in the work to be carried out. The results obtained allowed us to identify a general panorama and the way in which mediation established improvements in the processes of peaceful dispute resolution, as well as the reduction of problems, especially school bullying. A series of key aspects related to mediation in relation to the subject of study could be determined, as a means not only of prevention, but also of attention to a problem as delicate as the one mentioned.

Assessment of sites of hydrological interest in the Ambi river basin, Imbabura province, Ecuador

The objective of the research was to assess places of hydrological interest in the Ambi River basin, province of Imbabura-Ecuador, under a quantitative approach methodology, descriptive, exploratory, prospective, and documentary. The findings demonstrate that the characterization of the Ambi river basin Ambi River show the notable relevance of the natural landscape in the province of Imbabura, which made it easier to establish that it is an area with significant water potential, which will contribute to the preparation of an evaluation of Places of Interest Hydrological, oriented to scientific, cultural and recreational use. In addition, the valorization of the Places of Hydrological Interest in the Ambi River basin is a tool that makes it easier for the Decentralized Autonomous Governments to understand the reality of the significant water potential that the province of Imbabura has, in order to implement projects that allow carry out comprehensive management at the hydrographic basin level. In addition, it seeks to implement support through agreements and commitments of the Local Decentralized Autonomous Governments, with the objective that, in a short to medium period, a baseline is defined that covers all geological typologies for the creation of Geological Heritage.

Impact of the AI on education and research

The main objective of this research was to analyze the impact of AI in Education and Research. The methodology was framed in a qualitative research based on documentary and bibliographic research. The results of the study allow affirming that the research leads to a process of teaching, learning and training of teachers who can enhance and strengthen their skills with the help of artificial intelligence as a technological tool that benefits educational institutions. In addition, the commitment and willingness to learn how to use IT correctly, because it is time we start shaping the cultural and social changes it brings, based on the ideal of a learning-based organization where the main responsibility lies with the teacher, and learning-centered education must become meaningful learning for students and equity for teachers, where knowledge is integrated with computer tools and available technological resources.
