Software requeriments for stylometric analysis of lyric works through genetic algorithms

This work has as objective to determine which are the functional and non-functional software requirements for a package, programmed in Python for the stylometric analysis of lyric works through prosodic-metric study and genetic algorithms, that satisfy criteria of validation of the standard IEEE Std. 830-1998 to a greater extent. In fact, this research focuses on the software requirements that are pertinent in modelling of corpora for the implementation of genetic algorithms in textual analysis. Therefore, the methodology of the research will have a mixed approach and a correlational design that will have a qualitative phase and a quantitative one. Additionally, it is to point out that the population of the study is three proposals of software requirements that were developed by the method Scrum. Also, it is to say that the rate of fulfilment of the criteria of validation that were presented in the standard IEEE Std. 830-1998 of each proposal will be measured with the correlation coefficient of Pearson. In this study, it was determined that the data of the proposal n° 3 have a correlation coefficient equal to 1, the data of the proposal n° 3 have a correlation coefficient equal to 0,964 and the data of the proposal n° 1 have a correlation coefficient equal to 0,784. So, it is possible to conclude that the proposal n° 3 satisfy criteria of validation of the standard IEEE Std. 830-1998 to a greater extent, in comparison with the other two proposals.

Internal communication and its impact on job satisfaction among administrative personnel in organizations and institutions of higher education

This paper addresses the documentary review process conducted in the search for information on the effects of communication system management at the level of job satisfaction of administrative staff in higher education institutions. The purpose is to provide a comprehensive view of how internal communication influences employee well-being and motivation, highlighting both challenges and best practices identified in the literature. The state of the art presented here gathers what has been researched on this topic with an emphasis on educational institutions. The data collection methodology involves an exhaustive analysis of the authoritative academic and professional literature that relates to internal communication management and job satisfaction in various organizations. Using a documentary analysis matrix, various academic and professional sources were collected and analyzed to evaluate relevant approaches, arguments and results in this field. At the end of the process, it was concluded that higher education institutions should focus on improving the management of their internal communication system to create a more positive organizational climate for their administrative employees, including faculty, since it constitutes a strategic tool that, when supported by effective leadership, improves job satisfaction and adaptability in a challenging environment that requires productivity and competitiveness.

Challenges and prospects of leadership in directive management

The purpose of this documentary research was to form a broad perspective of the role played by a manager and reflect on the impact of transformative leadership in school management, focusing on professional, humanistic development and management of attitudes and skills in the conduct and promotion of its school center. A methodology was used that combined documentary analysis with the use of conceptual cartography to guide the research work. The results obtained allowed us to identify the role of leadership in the transformation and behaviors among the educational community, focusing on obtaining a high academic and coexistence impact to improve school performance. Several axes were identified in the management profile methodology, including the selection of the characteristics, skills, strategies and roles that a school director plays based on observation and data recording. It is suggested to validate this methodology from the perspective of transformative leadership in school management, with an analytical rubric that allows assessing the impact of leadership on the professional development of school directors and on the improvement of educational quality in primary schools.
